I have always experimented in kitchens.
Growing up my mother didn't know what to do with me because I was always in the kitchen experimenting with cooking and baking. Experimenting after all is what makes you better. I was especially enthralled with baking without sugar and experimenting with alternative cooking and baking methods, making me popular with relatives and friends .
Life as an adult.
I worked as a nurse before going back to school to study graphic design. Graphic design gave me the perfect opportunity to use my 'culinary' skills with web design. That was when I started The Sugar Free Diva.
Cooking and baking in my kitchen was where I knew I belonged. And then came the opportunity to invest in a popular breakfast restaurant that serves up great fresh food .

Convenience cooking, to me, is really food preparation that is easy and quick. That is why I am sharing some of my favorite convenience recipes with you.
Whether you are air frying, slow cooking, using a single sheet pan, or pressure cooking, I have recipes with you. These are easy and offer a more healthy way to make delicious food- which I love.
In My Free Time..
I am a mom to two great adults and a few furry tagalongs that keep me on my toes. In my free time, I help manage a restaurant that I have invested in. I am an avid nature lover- walking, hiking, and just enjoying. 🙂
