More helpful tips for you.
- Paprika is used in the seasoning of the steak. Smoked paprika can add a smoky flavor, sweet paprika for a milder taste, or hot paprika can be used for a spicy kick.
- If you decide to make two steaks at the same time in your air fryer, leave room between the steaks in the air fryer for the
warm air to circulate. This will help the steaks cook evenly. - Make your steak even more juicy by marinating it overnight. Simply prepare the steak as indicated and place it into a zip top bag and refrigerate for up to a day.
- Air fry times may vary slightly based on the size, thickness and fat content of your steak.
- If the outside of your steak is browning too quickly but it is not yet at the desired internal temperature, you can lower the air fryer temperature and cook it for a longer time to allow the inside to catch up without burning the outside.
- Your steak, no matter what cut you select to use, should be at least an inch thick. Anything thinner than an inch will not air fry properly.
