- Lemon Juice. Added for flavor and for tenderizing.
- Chicken Broth. Used to flavor and cook the chicken in.
- Creamy Caesar Dressing. Our secret ingredient that is added for flavor and to make the shredded chicken creamy.
- Romaine Lettuce. Added to the wrap for a bit of crunch.
- Red Onion. Your red onion should be sliced thin.
- Tomatoes. Also sliced thin.
- Parmesan Cheese. Grated, adds a salty and nutty flavor to the wraps.

Tips for making the best shredded chicken.
Chicken broth was used to cook my chicken. You can use another broth, a low sodium broth, or water with seasonings instead.

- Frozen chicken can be used in this recipe. You will need to add extra time to your cook time however.

- Shredding chicken can be easily done by using two forks. You can make this even easier to do by using a mixer to shred.

How to make Instant Pot Shredded Chicken Wraps
Prep Time: 5 minutes. .
Cook Time: 15 minutes .
Servings : 6 .
- Start by placing the chicken breasts into your pressure cooker pot. Then pour the chicken broth and lemon juice over the chicken.
- Place your the lid on your pressure cooker and turn the valve or vent to sealing. Set the pot to Pressure Cook (or manual high) and cook for 15 minutes. When the cook cycle has completed, allow the pressure to naturally release for five minutes and then release any remaining pressure.
- Carefully remove the chicken from the pressure cooker and and place it into a large bowl. A half cup or so of the broth is okay to take with you. The remaining broth can be discarded or saved for another use.
- Use two forks or a mixer to shred the chicken. Then mix in the caesar dressing.
- To make the wraps (like mine) layer the ingredients on top of the tortilla or wrap and serve.
