- When sautéing your chicken, make sure that it is fully cooked and that it is evenly (golden) browned on both sides. Browning helps to seal in the juices and adds flavor to the dish.
- When adding mushrooms, you should cook them until they are slightly browned for optimal flavor and texture.
- Not a fan of the chicken in this recipe? Feel free to omit the chicken or use an alternative such as tofu or meat.
- For best results, and a creamy sauce, you should stir in the cream cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan while the ingredients are still warm. This will ensure the cheeses melt smoothly into the dish, creating that creamy texture.
- With the pasta, it is important that it is evenly distributed in the pot. The pasta should be mostly
covered by the chicken broth to prevent uneven cooking and help the ingredients cook evenly. - Since pasta cooks quickly, the 3-minute pressure cooking time
is sufficient. Overcooking can result in mushy pasta, so be cautious. - Adding your favorite seasoning(s) can also enhance the flavor of this dish!
