Ingredients needed to make buffalo potatoes.
- Potatoes. Russet or Yukon gold work well in this recipe because of their starch content. Peel or scrub your potatoes first. Then slice them into 1- 1 ½" cubes.
- Cooking Spray or Oil. My potatoes were made with a buttery flavored cooking spray. However, an oil spray (such as olive oil) will also work.
- Ranch Seasoning. I have a Homemade Ranch Seasoning Recipe here or you can use a ranch seasoning packet.
- Buffalo Seasoning. Select the buffalo seasoning of your choice as some come with added heat.
