Ingredients

  • 5 Potatoes - Peel or scrub your potatoes then slice them into 1- 1 ½" cubes.
  • Cooking Spray - or spray Oil.
  • 3 teaspoon Ranch Seasoning.
  • 3 teaspoon Buffalo Seasoning.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400. You can prep a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray it for an easier clean up.
  • If you have not done so, dice or cut your potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Then place them into a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, use a whisk to combine together the buffalo and ranch seasonings. Sprinkle the seasonings over the potatoes and then toss the potatoes until they are coated with the seasonings.
  • Transfer your potatoes to your prepared baking sheet, spreading them out as evenly as possible.
  • Bake your potatoes for 40-45 minutes, or until they are crisp and golden brown, flipping midway through baking.
  • Serve these potatoes as is or sprinkle cheese, bacon bits, or ranch dressing on top.
