How to make Slow Cooker Chicken and Broccoli Pasta
Prep Time: 10 minutes .
Slow Cook Time: 4 hours (on low) .

How to Serve: Serve as is with a salad on the side.
Notes: My chicken and broccoli pasta was made in a large slow cooker. Depending on the size of your slow cooker, you may need to cut the ingredients in half .
- Chicken. Use a clean paper towel to pat your chicken dry and remove anything that is on them that does not need to be. Place the chicken into the bottom of your slow cooker, not overlapping if possible.
- Combine. In a mixing bowl, use a whisk to combine together your soups (creamy and broth) and seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper). Then pour this mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker so that the chicken is fully coated.
- Slow Cook 1. Cover your slow cooker and slow cook for three hours or until the chicken is fully cooked and is tender.
- Shred. Use two forks to shred the chicken. Then add the broccoli and the uncooked pasta to the slow cooker and stir the ingredients.
- Slow Cook 2. Cover the slow cooker and slow cook for an additional 30 minutes or until the broccoli is tender and the pasta is cooked through, stirring once or twice while slow cooking.
- Cheese. Lastly, stir in the cheese until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.

Tips for making the best Slow Cooker Chicken PAsta
Skinless, boneless chicken breast was used to make my chicken pasta. For more flavor, you can use skinless, boneless chicken thighs instead.

- If your sauce seems too thin, you can remove the cover from the slow cooker after slow cooking for 20-25 minutes on the second slow cook step.
- For sauce that is too thick, you can stir in additional broth.
- Your chicken is done slow cooking when it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165℉.

- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- salt and pepper to taste
