Sauté In a small saucepan on medium heat, heat your olive oil for one minute. Then add the garlic and saute for another minute.
Combine. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Simmer. Bring the ingredients to a simmer and cook for seven minutes, stirring occasionally.
