Instructions

  • Prepare your ingredients as indicated above. You can chop the celery, slice the onion, and shred the cabbage. Also, if the noodles have not been cooked, cook them as indicated on the packaging.
  • Set your instant pot or pressure cooker to sauté.
  • Next, add the oil and vegetables to the instant pot. Then sauté the ingredients until they start to caramelize.
  • Once vegetables start to caramelize, add the noodles and the sauces .
  • Continue to sauté the ingredients for three minutes. Be sure that you are also stirring the ingredients constantly to avoid burning the noodles.
  • Carefully remove the Chow Mein from the instant pot and serve.
