Equipment

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs - scrambled
  • 4 Tortillas - nine inch
  • 1 cup Cheese - shredded or grated

Optional Add-Ins

  • 6 Bacon - or protein
  • Seasonings - as desired
  • Vegetables - sliced, diced, or chopped
  • Chives

Instructions

  • Start by making scrambled eggs as you normally would. I
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 and prep the basket for nonstick as desired.
  • While the air fryer is heating you can assemble the Quesadillas. On a clean work surface , lay out one tortilla .
    Evenly spread out half of the cheese over the tortilla avoiding the outer ½" rim.
  • Layer the eggs, bacon, add-ins, and remaining cheese over the bottom cheese layer.
  • Place the remaining tortilla over the ingredients.
  • Give the top of the Quesadilla a quick spray of oil and then air fry it for four minutes. Flip the Quesadilla over and give it another quick spray. Cook for another four minutes or until done.
  • Carefully remove the Quesadilla from the air fryer and slice it into servings.
