Prepare. Prepare your chicken as indicated, adjusting the size if needed and patting it dry. Also, preheat your air fryer to 375°F and prep your basket as desired.
Rub. In a small bowl, use a whisk to combine together your seasonings. Then use your hands to rub the seasonings into each of the chicken breasts.
Air Fry. Place your chicken breasts into your air fryer basket, leaving space between them, and air fry for 10 minutes.
Sauce. Carefully use a pastry brush or similar item to brush the barbecue sauce over the each of the breasts (tops and bottoms). Then place each of the breasts back into your air fryer basket.
Air Fry Again. Air fry the chicken for eight to 10 minutes or until the internal temperature of the breasts reaches 165°F.
Rest. Allow the chicken breasts to rest at room temperature for five minutes for the juices to settle before serving.
