  • Prepare your potatoes if you have not done so. This means slicing, soaking, and drying them if needed. Then place the potatoes into a large bowl and spray them with the oil (toss and spray again so that they are coated on both sides.
  • Place your seasonings in a small bowl and use a whisk or fork to blend them together. Sprinkle half the seasonings over the potatoes and then toss them. Repeat this process with the remaining seasonings.
  • Remove the basket from your air fryer and lightly spray it with oil. Preheat your air fryer to 300°f. Place the potato slices in your basket so that the edges of the potatoes are touching.
  • Air fry the potatoes for 15 minutes and then flip them over. You can add additional seasonings as desired at this point.
  • Continue to air fry until your chips are browned to your liking (10-15 minutes). The carefully transfer the chips to a cooling rack to cool and dry out. You can season as desired and serve.
