Prepare your potatoes if you have not done so. This means slicing, soaking, and drying them if needed. Then place the potatoes into a large bowl and spray them with the oil (toss and spray again so that they are coated on both sides.
Place your seasonings in a small bowl and use a whisk or fork to blend them together. Sprinkle half the seasonings over the potatoes and then toss them. Repeat this process with the remaining seasonings.
Remove the basket from your air fryer and lightly spray it with oil. Preheat your air fryer to 300°f. Place the potato slices in your basket so that the edges of the potatoes are touching.
Air fry the potatoes for 15 minutes and then flip them over. You can add additional seasonings as desired at this point.
Continue to air fry until your chips are browned to your liking (10-15 minutes). The carefully transfer the chips to a cooling rack to cool and dry out. You can season as desired and serve.
