Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Steak
  • 2 Bell Peppers - sliced and seed removed. Yellow and Green were used to make my fajitas.
  • 1 Onion - white or yellow sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Seasonings - divided
  • Olive Oil - divided

Optional ingredients. Tortillas (flour works best as they are more flexible), peppers in adobo sauce, lime juice, cilantro, and sour cream for serving.

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350. While it is heating, in a medium bowl, toss your sliced vegetables with half of the olive oil.
  • Place the tossed vegetables into your air fryer for six minutes.
Carefully toss or stir the ingredients and air fry for an additional six minutes.
  • Meanwhile, place the beef along with the remaining oil and seasonings in bowl and toss the beef until coated.
  • When the vegetables are done air frying you can add the beef the air fryer basket and mix or toss the ingredients to mix.
Air fry the ingredients for five minutes and then toss or stir again. Continue to air fry until the beef has cooked through (about five more minutes).
  • Prepare your tortillas with the air fried fajitas and serve as desired.
