Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower - cut or broken into florets.
  • cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 6 tablespoon Water
  • cup Buffalo Style Sauce

Instructions

  • Prepare your cauliflower if you have not done so. It should be rinsed, leaves removed, and then broken down into bite sized florets.
  • In a large bowl, use a whisk to combine together the flour, garlic powder, and water. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them until coated.
  • Remove the basket from your air fryer and spray it with oil (or line it with an air fryer liner). Preheat the air fryer to 400.
  • Place the coated cauliflower florets in single layer in the basket, leaving space in between them ( a little overlap is okay). Cook on 400 degrees for seven minutes, turn or flip the florets, then air fry another three minutes.
  • While the cauliflower is air frying, place your sauce in a shallow bowl. When the cauliflower is done air frying, use a tong or similar item to carefully take each floret from the basket, drudge it through or dip it into the sauce until covered (give it a shake), and then return the floret to the basket.
  • Air fry the cauliflower for another two to four minutes or until crispy.
