Prepare your cauliflower if you have not done so. It should be rinsed, leaves removed, and then broken down into bite sized florets.
In a large bowl, use a whisk to combine together the flour, garlic powder, and water. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them until coated.
Remove the basket from your air fryer and spray it with oil (or line it with an air fryer liner). Preheat the air fryer to 400.
Place the coated cauliflower florets in single layer in the basket, leaving space in between them ( a little overlap is okay). Cook on 400 degrees for seven minutes, turn or flip the florets, then air fry another three minutes.
While the cauliflower is air frying, place your sauce in a shallow bowl. When the cauliflower is done air frying, use a tong or similar item to carefully take each floret from the basket, drudge it through or dip it into the sauce until covered (give it a shake), and then return the floret to the basket.
Air fry the cauliflower for another two to four minutes or until crispy.
