Servings: 8 bombs

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken -cooked and shredded
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic - minced
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese - use any cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Seasonings - desired seasonings such as dill
  • 1 Biscuit Dough - 8 count large 'Grands' were used in my bombs
  • ¼ cup Butter - melted

Instructions

  • Start by combining together the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, garlic, shredded cheese, buffalo sauce, and any seasonings in a large bowl.
Mix the ingredients until well blended through.
  • On a clean workspace, use the palm of your hand or pizza roller to roll out the first biscuit to about ⅛" thick.
  • Use a cookie scoop, or similar item, to scoop out filling from the mixing bowl and place the filling into the center of the rolled out biscuit dough.
Bring up the sides of the dough around the filling and press it into place so the the filling is secured in the center of the biscuit dough.
  • Brush the bomb with the melted butter and place it into the fryer basket.
Repeat with the remaining biscuits until the basket is full.
  • Air fry the bombs for 10 minutes, then carefully flip them over and air fry until they begin to brown (another 3-5 minutes).
  • Allow the bombs to cool before serving as the centers may be hot.
