Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 Carrots - cleaned and sliced.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Seasonings - garlic powder and salt were used in my carrots.

Instructions

  • Prep your carrots for this recipe. You can rinse and dry them or remove the skin.
To cut full sized carrots, first slice them in half and then slice each half into thirds.
  • Place the carrots into a large bowl and then add the remaining ingredients. Toss the ingredients well so that the carrots are all covered with the oil and seasonings.
  • Remove the basket from your air fryer and spray it with oil (or line it with an air fryer liner). Preheat the air fryer to 370.
  • Place the carrots in single layer in the basket, leaving space in between them ( a little overlap is okay). Air fry the carrots for five minutes and then toss or flip the carrots.
  • Continue to air fry until browned and crisp (about five more minutes). Let the carrots cool for a few minutes before serving as they will be hot.
