Ingredients

Instructions

  • Potatoes. Prepare your potatoes by cleaning or removing the skin. Then cut the potatoes into evenly sized pieces.
  • Soak. Places the potato slices into a bowl filled with cold water for 20-30 minutes to help remove the excess starch that can affect how crisp the fries will get. Drain the fries from the bowl and then pat them dry with clean paper towels.
  • Season. In a large bowl, combine together your seasonings and olive oil. Then add the fries to the bowl and toss the ingredients until the fries are all well coated with the other ingredients.
  • Air Fry. Place the coated potato slices in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Air fry the potatoes for 20 minutes at 400°F (200°C) , stopping halfway to toss the fries. If your fries are not crisp enough or browned, you can repeat the air fry process until you get your desired crisp fry.
  • Parmesan Transfer the air fried fries to a large serving bowl and toss with the parmesan cheese while warm and before serving.
