To slice your wedges, first cut each potato in half longways. Then cut each of the halves again two more times longways.
Soak your potatoes in cold water for 10-20 minutes to remove excess starch and then pat the potatoes dry.
Place your potatoes in a large bowl. Then spray or toss the potatoes with your oil.
In a small bowl, use a whisk or fork to mix together your seasonings before tossing the seasonings with your potatoes in the large bowl.
Place the potato wedges into your air fryer leaving room between the wedges for the warm air to circulate.
Air fry the potatoes for 15 minutes at 400° F.
Flip the potatoes and continue to air fry until done, about 12-15 minutes depending on your air fryer and how crisp you want your wedges to be. Sprinkle your wedges with additional seasonings such as salt and serve as desired.
