Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl use a whisk to combine together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, unsweetened cocoa powder, and sugar.
  • Next, in a mixing bowl, beat together the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla until incorporated.
  • Add the dry ingredients from the first bowl into the second bowl with the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Then use a rubber spatula or similar item to gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Use a cookie scoop or similar item to fill each of the muffin cups about three fourths full with the batter. Then place the muffin cups into your air fryer.
  • Air fry the muffins at 375 for four minutes. Take the heat down to 325 and air fry for 10-12 minutes or until done. Air fry times can vary depending on the size of your air fryer and the cups that you are using.
  • Allow the muffins to cool before enjoying.
