  • 4 Potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley -chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic - minced.
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 6 tablespoon Butter

Instructions

  • Carefully slice the potatoes so that the slices are still attached at the bottom. Using a guide, such as the chopsticks, can help you slice the potatoes to about ¾ths of the way through.
  • If you have oil spray, give the potatoes a quick spray. Then season the potatoes with your salt and pepper.
  • Carefully transfer the potatoes to your air fryer, leaving room between the potatoes for the air to flow. The air fryer the potatoes at 400 for 18 minutes or until done.
  • Meanwhile, you can prepare the topping. Melt the butter on your stove or in your microwave. Then use a fork or a small whisk to blend in the cheese, garlic, and parsley.
  • When the potatoes are done air frying, carefully remove them from the air fryer and then use a pastry brush and to apply the topping between the slices and around the potato slices as desired.
