Prepare. Prepare the salmon if you have not done so. This includes removing any skin and cutting the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Also, preheat your air fryer to 360F.
Marinade. To make your marinade, place the honey, dijon mustard, olive oil, and seasonings into a small bowl. Use a whisk to combine together the ingredients.
Toss. Place your salmon bites into a large bowl or large zip top bag. Pour half of the marinade that you made in the last step over the salmon, toss, and then repeat with the remaining marinade. Note that if you are using the zip top bag method you will need to seal the bag before tossing.
Basket. Carefully place an air fryer liner or parchment paper into the basket of your air fryer. Then arrange the salmon in the basket so that there is space between each of the pieces.
Air Fry. Air fry for five minutes and then rotate or flip the salmon and continue to air fry until lightly browned and cooked throughout (about three to five minutes depending on your air fryer).
Serve. Carefully remove the salmon bites from your air fryer basket and serve.
