Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Light Corn Syrup
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Butter --melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Pecans --chopped.
  • 1 Pie Crust

Instructions

  • Crust. Place your pie crust into your pie pan and use your hands to crimp the edges of the crust. Then air fry the crust at 350 for three minutes.
  • Filling. In a mixing bowl, combine together the corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and eggs. Then use a rubber spatula or similar item to fold or mix in the pecans.
  • Pie. Transfer the filling to your crust, filling the crust to about a half inch from the top to not overfill it. Then cover the pie with aluminum foil, tucking in the edges as needed.
  • Air Fry. Air fry your pie for 25 minutes at 350. Then remove the foil and air fry for another five minutes or until the top of the pie and crust turn golden brown.
  • Set. Remove your pie from the air fryer and allow it to cool before slicing and serving. You can place it on a cooling rack to help it cool.
