Prepare. In a small bowl, use a whisk to combine together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper and olive oil. Then rub the mixture ver both sides of the pork chops. Also, preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes
Air Fry. Place your seasoned pork chops in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Air fry the pork chops at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
Prepare the glaze. In a medium saucepan, use a clean whisk to combine together the soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Heat these ingredients on medium heat whisking continuously until the mixture starts to simmer.
Slurry. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine together the cornstarch and water together to form a slurry. Then slowly pour the slurry into the simmering sauce, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Continue to simmer the sauce until it has thickened to a glaze-like consistency (about 5-7 minutes, the sauce should coat the back of a spoon.)
Glaze the chops. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the glaze cool slightly. It will continue to thicken as it cools. Brush the glaze over the baked pork chops just before serving. Alternatively, serve the glaze on the side for dipping.
