Preheat your oven to 390 and prep your basket as desired.
To make the coating or dredging station, lay out two shallow bowls. In the first bowl, whisk together the eggs and the water to make an egg wash.
For the second bowl, use a fork to combine together the bread crumbs, grated cheese, and seasonings.
Use a fork and spoon, or similar items, to take the first ravioli and place it into the first bowl with the egg wash. Coat the ravioli and then give it a tap or shake to shake off the excess egg wash.
Place the wet ravioli into the second bowl with the crumb mixture and toss to coat. Then place the ravioli into the air fryer basket.
Repeat this process until the basket is full and there is space between each ravioli for the air to circulate.
Air fry for five minutes and then carefully flip the ravioli over. Continue to air fry until golden brown- about four to five minutes.
Allow the ravioli to cool for a few minutes before serving as the centers will be hot.
