Ingredients

  • 2 Potatoes - prepared as indicated (sliced and soaked if desired).
  • 1 teaspoon Salt -Himalayan pink were used on my potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper - Ground pepper was used on mine.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

If you using alternative seasoning (not salt and pepper), add 2 teaspoons total or the amount that you desire to use.

Instructions

  • Prepare your potatoes if you have not done so. This means slicing, soaking, and drying them if needed.
  • Place a paper towel on a rimmed baking sheet, large dish, or similar items.
  • Transfer the sliced potatoes in a medium mixing bowl.
    Add the oil and the seasonings to the bowl and toss the potatoes until they are coated evenly.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 320.
  • Place the potato slices in your basket so that the edges of the potatoes are touching.
  • Air fry the potatoes until they crisp and the edges are brown, stopping to toss or shake the basket as needed.
  • Transfer the air fried potatoes to the prepared baking sheet or dish from the second step. Then add any desired additional seasoning and allow the potatoes to cool before serving.
