Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter. ---softened to room temperature.
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract .
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
  • teaspoon Cinnamon.
  • cup Flour

Instructions

  • Prep. Preheat your air fryer to 325 and gather your ingredients together. You can place an air fryer liner in your air fryer as well.
  • Cream . Beat together your softened butter with your sugars (white and light brown) until creamy. Then stir in your egg and vanilla extract.
  • Dry Ingredients. In a clean bowl, use a whisk to combine together the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and cinnamon.
  • Combine. Gradually add the dry ingredients from the second bowl to the mixing bowl and mix until just combined. Do not over-mix.
  • Topping. In a shallow bowl, use a whisk to combine together the topping ingredients (granulated sugar and ground cinnamon).
  • Scoop. Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop out the dough and roll the dough into a ball. Lastly, roll the dough through the topping ingredients until coated.
  • Air Fry. Place the cookie dough balls in your air fryer basket about an inch and a half to two inches apart. Then air fryer for seven minutes or until the edges are set and the center is soft. Then place the cookies on a cooling rack or plate to finish cooling.
