In a small bowl use a whisk or a fork to combine together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Then pour this over your steak bites and toss the bites so that they are all covered with the mixture
Preheat your air fryer for five minutes at 400 while the steak cubes marinate in the mixture.
Place the steak bites into your air fryer basket in a single layer leaving space between the bites.
Air fry for for six to eight minutes for medium-rare or eight to 10 minutes for medium. After three and a half minutes of air frying carefully toss or flip the bites over to help them cook through.
To make the butter sauce, in a small skillet on medium-low heat, melt the butter. Once the butter has fully melted you can stir in the minced garlic and cook for one minute. Turn off the heat and stir in the parsley.
Transfer the steak bites to a bowl or plate and drizzle the butter sauce over them.
Let the bites sit for a few minutes before serving so that they butter can set in.
