Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef.
  • 2 teaspoon Seasonings
  • 10.5 oz Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup - 1 can.
  • 1 lb Tater Tots. -Simple frozen tater tots. The amount that you will need depends on the size of the tots and the size of your air fryer.
  • 1 lc Cheddar Cheese - grated or shredded

Instructions

  • Start by cooking your ground beef if it has not been cooked. Cook the beef, using the method of your choice, until it is almost done as it will further cook in the air fryer. Remove the cooked beef from the stove (or method used) and stir in the seasonings and soup. Then set the beef aside to cool while you prepare your tots.
  • Prep your cake pan as needed for nonstick. Place the tots into your pan so that they are standing up and their sides are touching one another (image 2). There will naturally be space for the warm air circulation as the tots are round.
  • Air fry the tots until the tops begin to get crisp and golden (about six to seven minutes).
  • Top the tots with the cooked beef, evenly distributing the beef if possible. Then cook for three minutes.
  • Sprinkle the cheese on top of the beef and air fry the casserole until the cheese has melted to your liking (about two to three minutes). Image 3
  • When the casserole is done air frying, let it rest for a few minutes before serving as it will be hot and resting will allow the ingredients to set.
