Air Fryer Turkey Meatloaf Recipe

Air Fryer Turkey Meatloaf Recipe, an easy air fried recipe for moist and savory meatloaf made in less than an hour.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey.
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs.
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese. --Grated
  • ¼ cup Milk.
  • 1 Egg --Lightly beaten
  • ½ Onion. --Chopped fine.
  • 2 cloves Garlic. - - Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • cup Ketchup

Instructions

  • Prepare. Gather your ingredients as indicated. Also, shape a piece of foil that can fit into your air fryer and will also hold the meatloaf (leave enough foil on the sides so that it can be used for transferring the loaf). Give the foil a quick spray with oil or nonstick
  • Combine. In a large mixing bowl, combine together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, cheese, milk, egg, onon, garlic, and seasonings. Mix until combined.
  • Shape. Use your hands to shape the combined ingredients into a loaf that can fit inside of your air fryer. Then place the formed loaf on to your foil from the first step.
  • Air Fry Use the extended foil to place the loaf into your air fryer. Air fry the meatloaf at 350f for 20 minutes.
  • Ketchup Use a pastry brush or similar item to brush the ketchup on to the meatloaf. Then air fry the meatloaf for another five minutes.
  • Set. Let your turkey meatloaf sit at room temperature for five minutes before slicing so that it can set.
