Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados.
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice.
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt.
  • ¼ cup Cilantro. -- Chopped fine.
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Cayenne.
  • 1 Roma Tomato -- Diced
  • 1 Onion -- Diced
  • 1 clove Garlic. -- Minced.
  • 1 Jalapeño Pepper --Seeds and stem removed and then diced small.

Instructions

  • Prepare. Prepare your ingredients as indicated. This includes dicing and mincing ingredients.
  • Avocado. Start by slicing your avocado in half, splitting it open, and removing the pit. Then scoop out the meat and place it into your work bowl.
  • Mash. Add the lime juice, sea salt, cilantro, and spices to the avocados and then use a potato masher or fork to mash the ingredients until the texture is slightly chunky (or as desired).
  • Add-ins. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and then stir in the remaining ingredients (tomato, onion, garlic, and pepper).
  • Taste. Taste your guacamole and make adjustments as needed for flavor.
