Instructions
Prepare. Prepare your ingredients as indicated. This includes dicing and mincing ingredients.
Avocado. Start by slicing your avocado in half, splitting it open, and removing the pit. Then scoop out the meat and place it into your work bowl.
Mash. Add the lime juice, sea salt, cilantro, and spices to the avocados and then use a potato masher or fork to mash the ingredients until the texture is slightly chunky (or as desired).
Add-ins. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and then stir in the remaining ingredients (tomato, onion, garlic, and pepper).
Taste. Taste your guacamole and make adjustments as needed for flavor.
