Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken Soup.
  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce.
  • 2 cups Colby Jack Cheese --Shredded
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder.
  • 3 cups Chicken. --Cooked and shredded.
  • 2 lbs Tater Tots. --Frozen tots from the freezer section.

Optional Garnish. Such as sliced green onions or chives.

Instructions

  • Prepare. Gather your ingredients. Prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish for nonstick and preheat your oven to 350.
  • Combine. In a large bowl, use a whisk to combine together your cream of chicken soup, buffalo sauce, two cups of the shredded cheese, the sour cream, and the garlic powder.
  • Chicken. Use a rubber spatula or similar item to fold your shredded chicken into the ingredients in the bowl.
  • Transfer. Even spread the ingredients into your prepared baking dish. Then top the ingredients with your tots, placing the tots in a single layer.
  • Bake. Bake the tater tot casserole for 25 minutes. Then carefully spread the remaining cheese over the tots and continue to to bake for another five minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tots are browned.
  • Serve. Top your casserole with optional garnishes and serve.
