Equipment

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese. --Softened to room temperature.
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar.
  • 2 teaspoon Apple Pie Spice.
  • 1 Apples. -- Cored and then chopped into small pieces ½-1".

Topping

Instructions

  • Prepare. Prepare a baking dish for nonstick. My baking dish was sprayed with nonstick. Also, preheat your oven to 350.
  • Base. In a large mixing bowl, beat together your cream cheese, brown sugar, and apple pie spice until creamy. Then use a rubber spatula or similar item to fold in all but a tablespoon (will be used for topping) of the chopped apples.
  • Streusel. In a medium bowl, use a whisk or a fork to combine together the flour, brown sugar, sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
  • Layer. Evenly spread the base layer over the bottom of your prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the streusel over the base. Top the streusel with the remaining apples.
  • Bake. Bake the dip until the streusel begins to turn golden brown- about 12-15 minutes.
  • Serve Serve your warm dip with graham crackers, sliced fruit, or as desired.
