Prepare. Prepare a baking dish for nonstick. My baking dish was sprayed with nonstick. Also, preheat your oven to 350.
Base. In a large mixing bowl, beat together your cream cheese, brown sugar, and apple pie spice until creamy. Then use a rubber spatula or similar item to fold in all but a tablespoon (will be used for topping) of the chopped apples.
Streusel. In a medium bowl, use a whisk or a fork to combine together the flour, brown sugar, sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
Layer. Evenly spread the base layer over the bottom of your prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the streusel over the base. Top the streusel with the remaining apples.
Bake. Bake the dip until the streusel begins to turn golden brown- about 12-15 minutes.
Serve Serve your warm dip with graham crackers, sliced fruit, or as desired.
