Beef. Make sure that your meat is cut into similar sized cubes and that it has been trimmed with extra fatty pieces removed. Then place the meat into your slow cooker. You can prep your slow cooker as desired before adding the meat (some folks like to use a liner or spray their slow cooker first).
Season. Sprinkle the dry soup mix, minced garlic, along with any desired seasonings over the meat and give it a quick stir.
Wet Ingredients. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth so that all of the meat is covered with the wet ingredients.
Slow Cook. Cover and slow cook the beef on low for four hours. Then remove ⅔ of a cup of the liquid and whisk or use a fork to mix in the cornstarch into the liquid removed. Then pour the mixture back into slow cooker and stir to combine.
Finish. Continue to cook the beef tips until tender and done (about five to six hours total).
