Ingredients

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese - cubed and softened
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese - shredded.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese -shredded.
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese -grated.
  • 1 cup Jalapeno Peppers -diced, see post.
  • 1 cup Bacon - cooked and crumbled.
  • teaspoon Seasonings. -such as garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

  • Prepare your Crock Pot or slow cooker as desired for nonstick.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together your cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy. You can use beaters or do this by hand.
  • In a medium bowl, toss together all of your cheeses (cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan). Then add half of the cheese to the large mixing bowl with the creamed ingredients, stir, and then repeat with the remaining cheese.
  • Next, add the seasonings (garlic powder, onions powder, smoked paprika, etc.) as well as the jalapenos and bacon to the bowl and mix until combined. T
  • Transfer the ingredients to your prepared cooker, spreading the mixture out evenly.
  • Set the heat to low and cook until bubble (about two hours), stopping to stir as needed to help the melting ingredient blend and to prevent the ingredient from sticking to the sides of the pot.
  • Set the heat to low to keep the dip warm for serving. It is also a good idea to keep stirring the dip occasionally.
