3teaspoonSeasonings-Pepper, Italian Seasoning, and red pepper flakes were used in my chicken.
⅓cupSun Dried Tomatoes
2tablespoonButter
Instructions
Start by slicing your chicken into cutlets if you have not done so. Carefully slice each breast horizontally, from the thickest end, with your free hand on top of the chicken to hold it in place.
To sear the chicken, in a large skillet on medium heat, heat the olive oil and the garlic for one minute. Then add the chicken and sear it for three minutes on each side. Transfer the cooked chicken and garlic to your slow cooker.
In a medium bowl whisk together the bullion, water, seasonings, and flour. Once fully combined and lump free, pour these ingredients over the chicken and garlic that you placed into your slow cooker.
Set your slow cooker on high for four hours. After three hours have passed, carefully remove the chicken and whisk the sauce. You can make adjustments to the sauce at this time. Then return the chicken to the slow cooker and continue to slow cook.
Add additional seasonings as desired and serve your chicken dish with pasta, rice, or as desired.
