Ingredients

  • 16 slices Bacon. -Cooked and then crumbled.
  • 45 oz Red Beans. -Use canned red beans kidney that have been drained.
  • 1 Onion. -Finely chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil.
  • 2 cups Tomato Puree.
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Paste.
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.

Instructions

  • Prepare. Prepare your ingredients as indicated. This included cooking and crumbling your bacon and dicing your onion.
  • Combine. Place your beans into your slow cooker. Then stir in the remaining ingredients until well combined.
  • Cook. Cover your slow cooker and cook your bean on high for three hours or five hours on low.
  • Serve. Serve your beans as desired.
