Layer. Place your cooked and shredded chicken into your slow cooker. Then add the beans, tomatoes, corn, diced onion, chili and minced garlic. Give the ingredients a quick stir.
Broth. In a medium bowl, use a whisk to combine together the chicken broth, buffalo sauce, and seasonings. Then pour this mixture over the ingredients in your slow cooker and mixing all of the ingredients together.
Slow Cook. Cover your slow cooker and cook on high for four hours or low for six to eight hours (low is preferred for optimal flavor!).
Serve. Serve your chili with cilantro, blue cheese, ranch or blue cheese dressing, or as desired.
