Ingredients

  • 8 oc Cream Cheese. --softened
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup.
  • 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet Relish.
  • ½ cup Sauerkraut --drained.
  • 1 cup Corned Beef --Cooked and chopped small
  • cups Swiss Cheese. --Freshly grated or chopped small

Instructions

  • Prepare. Prepare your slow cooker for nonstick
  • Combine. In a medium mixing bowl, combine together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, and the white vinegar, mixing until combined. Then stir in the drained sauerkraut, sweet relish and the chopped corned beef.
  • Slow Cook. Transfer the ingredients to your prepared slow cooker and cook on low for two and a half to three hours, stopping to stir every half hour so that the ingredients can evenly slow cook.
  • Serve. You can turn your slow cooker to warm and continue to stir as needed while serving.
