Prep your ramekins for nonstick. I like to spray mine with olive oil. Then fill each ramekin with water about two thirds full. Place the ramekins into your air fryer and air fry the ramekins with water for five minutes at 400.
Next, we will place an egg into each of the ramekins with the warm water. Open the air fryer basket (or whatever you have on your air fryer). Then crack an egg open into a measuring cup that has a spout for pouring. Then pour the egg yolk into the first ramekin. Repeat this process until all the ramekins with water have an egg in them.
Set the temperature on your air fryer to 370 and cook the eggs for five to seven minutes, depending on how firm or runny you want your yolks to be.
Use kitchen tongs or a similar item to carefully remove the ramekins from your air fryer. The ramekins will be hot so you may want to have oven mitts or something like that nearby to help. I use a dry kitchen towel.
Carefully drain the excess water from the ramekins and then use a rubber spatula or similar tool to remove the egg and transfer it to your plate or whatever you will be enjoying it on.
