Prepare. It is a good idea to prep your slow cooker with nonstick before adding the ingredients. Also, prepare your ingredients as indicated, including breaking up the bark into pieces.
Combine. Place all of your ingredients into your slow cooker and then cover the slow cooker.
Slow Cook. Slow cook the ingredients on low for one hour. Stir. Use a rubber spatula or similar item to stir the ingredients, scraping down the sides of the slow cooker as you stir. Then continue to slow cooker on low, stopping to stir every 20 minutes, until the chocolate is fully melted and the peanut are well coated (about an hour total).
Drop. While your candy continues to slow cook, line a rimmed baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper that has been lightly sprayed. Then when your candy is done slow cooking, use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop the melted candy mixture on to your lined baking sheet. You can add sprinkles to the candy at this point.
Set. Allow the candy to get to room temperature (about a half hour) and than transfer the baking sheet yo your refrigerator for the candy to fully set (about an hour).
