Equipment

Ingredients

  • 8 Burritos. -Use frozen burritos that have already been prepared.
  • 10 oz Enchilada Sauce
  • cups Cheddar Cheese. -Freshly shredded works best.
  • Optional ingredients: Diced green chilis sour cream, chopped tomatoes, black olives, and about anything else you would put on top of nachos.

Instructions

  • Prepare. Preheat your oven to 375 and prep a 9X13" baking dish for nonstick.
  • Burritos. Arrange your burritos in your baking dish so that they are touching each other without overlapping.
  • Sauce. Cover the frozen burritos with your enchilada sauce, evenly spreading it over the burritos.
  • Cheese. Add the shredded cheese to the casserole so that it covers the sauce and burritos.
  • Bake. Tightly cover the casserole dish and place the enchiladas into your oven. Bake the enchiladas for 30 minutes and then carefully remove the foil. Continue baking the casserole until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden brown.
