1½teaspoonSpices. -Such as cinnamon, allspice, or pie spice.
Add-ins. Such as chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, blueberries, or even sliced bananas. As desired.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 and prep your baking sheet well for nonstick.
Place your baking mix into a large bowl and use a whisk to break up any lumps.
Add the eggs, milk,vanilla extract, and your spices to the bowl and whisk until just combined.
Transfer the combined ingredients to your prepared baking sheet, evenly spreading it out. Then you can place your add-ins (berries, chocolate chips, etc) on top of the batter.
Gently tap the bottom of the baking sheet on your countertop a couple of times and then place the baking sheet into your oven.
Bake your pancakes for 15-18 minutes or until is turns golden brown or a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the pancakes cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
