  • Place the cooked pasta (cooled and drained) in a large bowl.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 and prepare a stack of paper towels where your cooked pasta chips will go.
  • Drizzle or spray half of the olive oil over the pasta. Toss the pasta and spray or drizzle again.
  • Add half of the seasonings and cheese, toss, and then add the remaining and toss again so that every piece of pasta has seasoning and oil.
  • Place the pasta in the air fryer in a single layer so that the pasta pieces are not touching. You may need to make this recipe in batches.
  • Air fry the pasta for five minutes. Toss or flip the pasta. Cook for three to five minutes or until crisp.
  • Place the air fried pasta on your prepared stack of paper towels to cool.
  • Serve the cooled chips with your favorite dip(s) or sauce(s).
