Place the cooked pasta (cooled and drained) in a large bowl.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 and prepare a stack of paper towels where your cooked pasta chips will go.
Drizzle or spray half of the olive oil over the pasta. Toss the pasta and spray or drizzle again.
Add half of the seasonings and cheese, toss, and then add the remaining and toss again so that every piece of pasta has seasoning and oil.
Place the pasta in the air fryer in a single layer so that the pasta pieces are not touching. You may need to make this recipe in batches.
Air fry the pasta for five minutes. Toss or flip the pasta. Cook for three to five minutes or until crisp.
Place the air fried pasta on your prepared stack of paper towels to cool.
Serve the cooled chips with your favorite dip(s) or sauce(s).
