Get ready for a flavor explosion with Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip! Tangy hot sauce, creamy cheese, and juicy chicken in a deliciously addictive dip.
2Chicken. --Boneless and skinless chicken breasts.
1cupHot Sauce
½cupWater.
½cupCream Cheese
1cupCheddar Cheese. -- shredded.
½cupRanch Dressing
Optional Ingredients include crumbled blue cheese and chopped green onion.
Instructions
Cook Chicken. Turn on the Instant pot, select the Sauté button, place your chicken into the pot, and pour the hot sauce and water over the chicken. Use a wooden spoon to gently mix the ingredients so that the chicken is covered with the wet ingredients. Then cancel the sauté button and select the PRESSURE COOK button on HIGH PRESSURE for 15 minutes. (Make sure the valve is in the SEALING position).
Release. Once the pressure-cooking cycle is over, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes. Quick release the pressure by manually moving the valve from the SEALING to the VENTING position and then select the CANCEL button and take the lid off carefully.
Shred. Carefully remove the chicken from the pot and transfer it to a clean work area such as a clean cutting board. Use two forks the shred the chicken.
Sauté . Select the sauté button, and add cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and ranch dressing to the pot. Then stir in the shredded chicken from the last step.
Simmer. Let the mixture simmer until the cream cheese melts completely (a few minutes) stirring as needed.
Serve. You can serve this from the instant pot on 'keep warm' or carefully transfer your dip to a baking dish or slow cooker for serving.
