4Jalapeno Peppers -Seeds and steam removed and then diced into smaller pieces.
2cupsCheddar Cheese. -Shredded.
6slicesBacon. -Cooked, cooled, and then crumbled.
Instructions
Prepare. Preheat your oven to 375f and prep a casserole dish well for nonstick.
Chicken. Evenly spread your diced chicken over the bottom of the casserole dish. Then top the chicken with your seasonings (smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper). Lastly, top the ingredients with your diced jalapenos.
Cheese. In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and heavy cream and then evenly spread this mixture over the ingredients in the casserole dish. Top the creamy mixture with your shredded cheese.
Bake. Bake the casserole for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked through and the cheese has melted.
Set. Allow the casserole to sit for a few minutes before serving to set.
