Ingredients

  • 2 lb Turkey Breast. - bone in preferred
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard.
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Granulated Garlic
  • ½ teaspoon Coriander
  • ½ teaspoon Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  • Prepare. Preheat your oven to 350f and prep your baking pan for nonstick as desired. Then place the turkey breast into the pan.
  • Marinade. In a medium bowl, use a whisk to combine together the remaining ingredients (oil, mustard, brown sugar, and seasonings).
  • Coat. Use a pastry brush or similar item to evenly coat the turkey well with the marinade.
  • Cover. Completely cover the turkey breast in the pan with foil that is secured around the edges of the pan.
  • Roast. Place the turkey in the center of your oven and roast for 45 minutes. Then carefully remove the foil from the turkey and roast until browned and crisp on the outside (10-15 more minutes).
  • Serve. Carefully remove the turkey breast from your oven and allow it to rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
