3Sweet Peppers. - Your peppers should have the stem and seed removed before being cut into bite-sized pieces.
1lbBroccoli. -Broken into florets.
½cupOnion. -Your onion should be chopped or diced small.
3teaspoonGarlic. -Minced or chopped
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 and prep your baking sheet for nonstick. Foil, spray, or oil can work.
Prepare your ingredients as indicated if you have not done so.
In a large bowl, place your cut vegetables and sausage.
Drizzle half of your oil along with the seasoning over the ingredients, toss the ingredients, and then repeat.
Transfer the ingredients to your prepared baking sheet, spreading everything out evenly in a single layer.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender, tossing or stirring the ingredients halfway (about 10 minutes).
