Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Polish Sausage -aka kielbasa, pre-cooked. Your sausage should be cut into bite-sized pieces ( about an inch to an inch and a half wide).
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 Sweet Peppers. - Your peppers should have the stem and seed removed before being cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 lb Broccoli. -Broken into florets.
  • ½ cup Onion. -Your onion should be chopped or diced small.
  • 3 teaspoon Garlic . -Minced or chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425 and prep your baking sheet for nonstick. Foil, spray, or oil can work.
  • Prepare your ingredients as indicated if you have not done so.
  • In a large bowl, place your cut vegetables and sausage.
  • Drizzle half of your oil along with the seasoning over the ingredients, toss the ingredients, and then repeat.
  • Transfer the ingredients to your prepared baking sheet, spreading everything out evenly in a single layer.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender, tossing or stirring the ingredients halfway (about 10 minutes).
