3lbChicken Breast --- Boneless and skinless chicken breast.
1ozAu jus gravy mix
1ozRanch seasoning mix
½cupButter --cut into cubes.
6Pepperoncini Peppers
2tablespoonPepperoncini Pepper Juice
Instructions
Chicken. Use a clean paper towel to pat any excess moisture off of your chicken breasts. Then place the chicken into your slow cooker.
Season. Sprinkle the packets (au jus and ranch mix) over the chicken breasts.
Butter. Place the butter cubes on top of the seasoning which is on to of the chicken breasts.
Slow Cook. Cover your slow cooker and cook on low for six to eight hours or until done (165 f) .
Shred. When your chicken has finished cooking, carefully use two forks to shred it. You can transfer the chicken to a work area, such as a cutting board .
Serve. You can serve your chicken over rice, with noodles, or even in a bun as a sandwich.
