Ingredients

  • 1 lc Ground Beef - browned
  • ½ cup Onion --Diced
  • 3 teaspoon Garlic --minced.
  • 15 oz Pinto Beans --drained and rinsed.
  • 15 oz Black Beans --drained and rinsed.
  • 15 oz Corn --drained
  • 16 oz Tomato Sauce
  • 1 oz Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cups Chicken broth

Instructions

  • Prepare . Prepare your ingredients as indicated. This include browning your meat and rinsing your beans.
  • Beef. Place your browned ground beef into your slow cooker, spreading it out evenly over the bottom of the pot. Then sprinkle your taco seasoning over the ground beef.
  • Ingredients. Top your ground beef with your onion, garlic, beans and corn. Then stir the ingredients to combine.
  • Sauce and broth. Stir in the sauce and broth so that the ingredients are combined.
  • Slow Cook. Cover your slow cooker and slow cook on low for six to eight hours or on high for three to four hours.
  • Serve. Serve your soup as desired. Popular topping include shredded cheese, sour cream, tortilla strips, green onions, with chips on the side.
