- 1¾ cups Black Beans. --cooked and drained.
- 2 Jalapenos --Sliced in half seeds removed.
- 3 cloves Garlic. --Peeled and lightly crushed.
- ½ Onion. --diced.
- 2 Tomatoes. --Washed and diced
- ½ cup Cilantro -- Loosely pack cilantro leaves washed, dried and chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 2 tablespoon Canola Oil
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt.
